Many institutions do not trust software companies with student data, and data breaches are a real risk. CampusFlow puts data security in your hands: you choose where the database lives.
Choose a local database on your own campus server, a remote database in your own AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or Indian data-centre account, or managed hosting by us on servers in India. Every feature and every AI agent works the same in all three.
Inside the CRM, data security continues with an encrypted database and encrypted backups (at rest and in transit, with your own keys when it runs on your server), role-based logins, a full audit trail, AI agents limited to the data you allow, and daily backups to the place you choose. You own the data and can export all of it at any time.
With the DPDP Act rules now in force in India, schools, colleges and coaching institutes must protect personal data and children's data. CampusFlow keeps consent and access records that support those duties.
